All orders are fulfilled by our trusted supplier and processed through in house logistics, the processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days. During peak periods processing times may be longer.
(Shipping costs and delivery time)
We offer a standard free worldwide shipping service which typically takes between 10-15 business days, please note delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control including shipping carrier delays, customs duty clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
In most cases our boots arrive without any customs duties taxes to be paid. However in some circumstances if there is fee to pay customers are responsible for any customs duties taxes or any additional fees imposed by their country of residence.
(Fully tracked orders)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS text (if applicable). Tracking updates may take a couple of days or hours to reflect after package has been shipped. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance or any other third parties.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Joga boots is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer.
(Lost or stolen packages)
Joga boots is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages marked as delivered by the shipping courier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping courier directly to resolve such issues.
